Yes! We accept cash on delivery. Only in the Philippines

Yes! you may pick up your ordered item after you have paid for it. We only accommodate online orders at the moment. We suggest placing an order on our website or Facebook page, our customer representative will give you a date when to pick it up.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Free shipping above the 1,500php minimum of purchase Philippines only.

How can I calculate the most affordable shipping for the items I want to order?

DO YOU RUSH SHIP?

Sorry, we do not offer rush shipping. Our average processing time is 3-5days Philippines locally. With no operation holidays, weekend Saturday and Sunday Morning.

For international, it takes 7-14days depending on the courier you choose.

DO YOU SHIP ON SUNDAYS? HOLIDAYS?

Sorry, we do not ship on Sundays and regular Holidays.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

After you pay, we will prepare your order within 2-3 working days. After that, the item/s will be shipped out in 3-5days waiting for arrival. When there are calamities, we opt to suit our targeted days but rest assured your parcel will have arrived.

WHEN DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

We update every successful delivery by providing your tracking number in your account order history, and also it is automatically sent by your email.

Remember, once we drop off the items to the courier company, our responsibility for the items is finished.

We are not responsible for late or non-delivery once we forward your items to the courier! Rest assured, we can able to help you follow up on it.

An incident happened the courier lost your parcel before saying negative against the seller. You may contact us first so we can able to assist and help you throughout the process to trace all matters. When the courier makes the fault, we will contact you and give the statement of the incident. In this matter, we can help you to solve the problem accordingly by either sending back the items again or refund, but please take note it will not be right away to refund, and send give us 24 hours to settle everything, as we do our part to help you.
